1nService Enhances Its Global Reach
Central American Presence Increases 1nService’s Global Expansion Initiative
Bellevue, WA: 1nService today announces the addition of ITS InfoCom of Costa Rica, as the newest member of this worldwide IT collaborative organization. ITS InfoCom (www.itsinfocom.com) is a multinational IT Solutions company with offices in the US, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, and Colombia. ITS InfoCom offers a unique depth of technical expertise to deliver reliable, and cost-effective, near-shore solutions to hundreds of clients across North, Central and South American countries. ITS InfoCom has 1,000 employees, 400 service support agents, and over 250 certified engineers, with 200 of those holding Cisco certifications.
1nService has seen it’s organization grow twofold over the past 18 months, with many new members coming from around the globe. “Our Executive team has made a concerted effort to grow our footprint out to a global reach. Because our members have clients doing business across multinational borders, we have recognized, and reacted to, the fact that we can no longer view ourselves exclusively as a North American entity.” notes Jo Miller, Director of Partner Relations for 1nService. “Our collaborative model works because our members leverage strong personal relationships to deliver best practice technology solutions across the complete OSI stack. Whether it’s across state borders, or across national borders, the model continues to provide value to our members and their clients.” adds Miller.
The decision to join 1nService was particularly compelling to ITS InfoCom. As leaders in Remote Infrastructure Management and Managed Services focused on a strong telecom vertical, ITS saw the need to expand its geography to service a broader diversity of clients. “ITS InfoCom joined 1nService because we are big believers in the benefits that are realized through collaborations. As the IT industry becomes more diversified, the challenge of specializing in every aspect of it becomes greater. This is why it is now more critical than ever to generate alliances – it allows you the opportunity to complete your offering and expand your market scope.” states Fabian Segura, President of ITS InfoCom US.
ITS adds a significant presence in Central and South America for our existing members. “Many of our members have done business in this region of the world and have had to incur additional expenses to provide solutions for clients. Now with ITS implanted, we now have a personal partner that members can go to that will provide our consistent level of service and solutions offerings, and provide our clients a value-added service.” says Paul Cronin, CEO of 1nService.
1nService members currently provide IT solutions across all fifty states, Canada, Central American, South America, Asia and the Caribbean. The organization is currently working with a European consortium to share memberships.
