1NService recently concluded their annual Board of Directors meeting, held in San Diego, and have announced the election of a new Board. The new Board, assembled from their membership, will be responsible for the governance and policies for this ten year old collaborative organization. All of the Board members are CEO’s of their own respective organizations and will serve a minimum of a one year term.

Tim Hebert succeeds John Breakey as the Chair. Mr. Breakey, CEO of Unis Lumin in Toronto, whose tenure as Chair expired, will continue to serve the Board as Treasurer. Other elected Board members are; Tim LaFazia, of Infrastructure Development Corporation is Vice Chairperson; Dave Casey, of Westron, is Secretary; David Austin, of SMARTnet, Chairs the Alliance Committee; and Bill Arnet, of Longview Systems, is Member Representative. 1NService would like to publicly thank Mr. Breakey and all the other Board members for their outstanding service.
